Hey there, I'm Natalie. I am the heart behind Nurture by Nat, a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families based in Columbus, GA.

I’m a proud mom of three beautiful babies, and I know firsthand that motherhood can be both incredibly beautiful and incredibly challenging. My own journey includes being a second-trimester miscarriage survivor, former NICU mother, and IVF warrior—experiences that have deeply shaped the way I support other women.

My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and collaborative. I provide education, emotional support, and advocacy while working alongside your medical providers—not against them. I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued, while keeping safety a top priority.

I will always be in your corner—helping you ask questions, understand your options, communicate your needs, and advocate for yourself. I believe no mother should feel dismissed when it comes to her care.

I respect every woman’s right to choose the birth experience that feels right for her—whether labor is spontaneous or induced, with pain relief or without. My role is never to judge or influence your choices, but to support you and calmly guide you if your birth takes an unexpected turn.
